Tuition & Fees
Tuition payments include all commitment by the instructor to ensure you and/or your child(ten) obtain a quality instruction period. Tuition payments are collected prior to the first session of every month, and should include all lessons for that month. Your tuition payment will cover weekly private lessons. Lessons are charged on a per-lesson basis, which means tuition is based on how many lessons are given each month.
If you or your child is to miss a lesson (or, more), please inform me at the time you provide your tuition so that I can document the Lesson Calendar.
A $25 LATE FEE will be charged for payment that has not been received prior to the 1st regularly scheduled lesson of each month.

Virtual Lessons & Fees
Virtual Lessons via Skype are also offered, should the need arise. Virtual Lessons may be substituted for a regularly scheduled in-person lesson with 24 hour prior notice. Lesson fees will remain the same as noted, regardless of platform.
Music & Special Events
Theory books, music texts, and special event fees are not covered by your tuition, as these fees are in addition to you regular tuition payment. Note, these fees are typically minimal.
Cancellations & Makeup Lessons
You may cancel one (1) lesson each month for any reason. In lieu of this lesson, you may schedule one (1) make-up lesson, which will be offered on the last Friday of each month between the hours 3:00-7:00p. Make-up session are scheduled on a 'first come, first served' basis, and you or your student is responsible for scheduling the make-up lesson.
Make-up lessons must take place in the month a prior scheduled lesson was missed. No refunds will be offered for missed lessons.
Discounts, Credits & Refunds
Discounts are provided when two or more siblings take lessons.
Refunds or credits for lessons missed will only be provided for unexpected teacher absence.
